We’re recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a well-established organisation operating within the commercial vehicle sector. This is a customer-focused position where you’ll act as the key connection between customers and a busy workshop team, helping to coordinate work, manage communications, and deliver an outstanding service experience.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, plus alternate Saturday mornings (included within the salary package).
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers.
- Gathering and accurately recording service requirements.
- Scheduling work and coordinating priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Providing regular updates and managing customer expectations.
- Building strong, long-term relationships through excellent communication and reliability.
- Supporting the smooth operation of a busy service environment.
- Maintaining professional standards and adherence to health and safety policies.

- Has excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Is confident using computer systems and managing administrative tasks.
- Can balance competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicates clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a strong team ethic.
- Enjoys solving problems and helping customers find the right outcome.
Previous experience in a service, automotive, engineering, transport, or workshop-related environment would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
