Fully Remote Property Services Consultant

Remote – Can be based anywhere in the UK – Must have office set up / appropriate place to work privately.

We are currently recruiting for a Property Consultant to join a fast-paced and growing property services environment. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while managing a portfolio of properties on behalf of corporate clients across the UK.

What we’re looking forWe are seeking motivated, driven individuals with previous experience within the property sector. This could include backgrounds in estate agency, property development, mortgages, lettings, or related areas.

Experience of working remotely in a previous role, with a proven ability to stay organised, productive, and self-motivated, is highly advantageous.

The Role:

This is a varied position where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of properties in line with service level agreements
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates
  • Liaising with third parties such as solicitors, surveyors, and agents
  • Reviewing reports and recommending next steps to progress property sales
  • Handling a high volume of calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within the property sector (essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • A customer-first approach
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience of working remotely effectively (highly desirable)
